TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay is two nights per booking (1 night bookings available on request, one week before arrival).
- 1% Tourism Levy included.
- All rates listed are on a per-room, per-night basis including breakfast.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- We accept all major credit cards, but not cheques.
- No pets.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No children under 16 years as Compass House is a place of quiet and relaxation.
- The entire house is available for rental. More details are available on request.
- In the event of non-arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged for. In the event of shortening a stay after arrival, the full amount remains payable on unused accommodation (or at the discretion of the management).
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right of admission.
CANCELLATIONS*
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or fax).
Our terms of cancellation before arrival are:
0-7 days: Full amount is payable
8-14 days: 75% is payable
15-21 days: 50% is payable
22-28 days: 25% is payable
More than 28 days
Visa and Mastercard: 2.5% is payable.
American Express and Diners Club: 4% is payable.
Bank transfers
More than 28 days: full amount refunded.
Less than 28 days: above mentioned policy applies.
